Apollo Coin Ring

Would you like some change? How about a special coin? This is the apollo coin on a ring of 24k gold overlay. The Apollo is created based on a posthumous gold stater (Philip of Macedon, Amphipolis, ca. 323/2–315 B.C.) in the MET Museum’s collection, bearing the stately profile of Apollo. He was a God, if you aren’t aware! Here, he’s wearing a laurel wreath of victory. Find this ring at The MET Museum online:
