A fierce lion is made of sterling silver for this Thisbe ring. Ain’t nothing cuddly about this lion, he’s mid-roar! But it’s a very unique ring, which is why I’m drawn to it. And I do like animals of all sorts. Did you know lions leep something like 20 hours a day? That means they are almost as lazy as me! Kidding, kidding. Lion Ring
Who doesn’t love finding rings on sale? Cheap rings that look cheap are no good (obviously!), but cheap rings that look expensive are pretty wonderful. I’ve found five rings for women that are all under $50.00, and thusly will not break your bank account. From diamonds, to crystals, to spiders – oh my! I’ve found rings you are sure to find fly. 😉
We start off with something that isn’t even a ring! But it was so fun that I had to share it with you guys. It may not be an actual ring,
While looking for rings on sale I found this cute dog ring on Etsy.com. It is a sterling silver ring. We love finding sale rings for our jewelry blog! I’m not sure what kind of dog is depicted here, but it could be many different kinds. Dog Ring from Etsy.com
Well, a shark tooth might not have been your first idea of what to wear today, but why not give it a try? This is what you call a conversation piece. I wouldn’t wear it as the only ring on my hand, but as an accessory for some others. And it DOES have an interesting shape, so there you go. Shark RingAnimal Rings
Exotic Panther Ring inspired by Eva Mendes : Rhodium Plated Sterling Silver Cubic Zirconia CZ Panther Ring
You might never put on a fabulous floor-length red dress with an animal print like Eva Mendes, but you can put on an exotic panther ring for much less money. To be honest, while the dress is fabulous it is too closely matched to the red carpet color for her to stand out as much as she should! Although I love the bright flowers in the background, it looks like a jungle and she’s some kind of wild cat. Me-ow!
Designer Spotlight: Betsey Johnson (Because she’s fun, and I don’t care that Paris Hilton also likes her!)
Okay, I ADMIT IT. I was bored and I went to MTV.com and (kinda) watched an episode of Paris Hilton’s My New BFF. While I’m not a huge Hilton fan, I can appreciate that she wears some really nice things. In the episode I watched, Paris Hilton was wearing a Betsey Johnson dress with pink roses. Sometimes you do just wanna be a Barbie girl, in a Barbie world -then dance around, and wear funky stuff. That’s when Betsey Johnson jewelry is per
Most octopus rings I see are a little more literal – or cartoonish, I guess you’d say. But this one looks more like the real deal. Am I a little creeped out by it? Well, yes I am! But maybe you aren’t. And that’s all that matters. This ring was seen on Rachael Ray.
Sand dollars are interesting creatures, and lots of people collect them. I, myself, have some dried sand dollars from trips to the beach. They’re very fragile, though. It’s probably no surprise to you that sand dollar jewelry, especially sand dollar rings – are much less fragile than the real thing. Even better, there are tons of variations to pick from. My favorites here are the first one I posted, and the third one. What do you think?
When I was younger I was both enthralled and terrified by seahorses. Not that I came into close contact with them often. I would catch the occasional educational Reading Rainbow episode that would point out how the male horses were the ones who got pregnant, I’d see them in books, and I’d see them at the zoo.
In the large and eerily dark aquarium house at the local zoo, there was a tall glass case that stood apart from the others. Inside were the magical seahorses, clinging to plants with their curly tales. Up close, the seahorses looked ancient, covered in bumps. Watchin
