Some are very simple, but others have details like pave diamonds. Often you’ll see bezel settings for eternity rings, but they work for any kind of ring. Because the bezel setting really encompasses the diamond, it almost makes the diamond seem larger. Especially if you’re using white gold or platinum for a setting (because it reflects light outward).
