Pyramid Rings: Spurge vs Steal

Pyramid rings are trendy jewelry pieces that give you some pizazz. Whether you want to spend just a few dollars, or, ahem, several – there’s a pyramid ring out there for you. I’ve collected three examples that you can splurge on, and two that are total steals.

I believe that any pyramid ring is essentially a statement ring – it’s a piece that demands attention as it rises up from your finger ever so slightly. Some are in bright bold colors, others are gleaming with a solid metal frame, or bedazzled with crystals. Their shape and inherent loud presence ma

July Birthstone Rings: 5 Ruby Cocktail Rings

A ruby ring can be the ultimate accessory for a stylish woman, especially if she was born in July. (Ruby is the July birthstone.) I’ve come to know the ruby well, seeing my Mother wearing a ruby ring all of her life. I’ve always been fascinated by the deep crimson of her ring, and the special meaning it held to her. Your birthstone gemstone will speak to you unconsciously in a way other stones just won’t. You’ll be drawn to it for reasons you won’t even understand.

The first thing you should realize is that rubies aren’t prissy, passive stones. Red

Five Emerald Rings on Sale – Diamonds Included in the Mix

I’ve collected five very different emerald rings on sale to show off for you guys.Because these are sale pieces, the price points range from about $140.00 through $400.00. Incidentally, they all have some diamonds as accents. Excuse me while I sigh at the loveliness of it all.

The first ring is very classic, and of course a great choice.

The second ring with the two trillion cut diamonds that flank the emerald is possibly my favorite. It looks a little antique in its style. And an emerald cut emerald just makes sense, you know?

Then again, I love the alternating b

The Captured

Somehow, this piece appears as if it was part of a mascot. The bulgy eye just looks really cartoonish. But I do like the edgy spikes. I wonder why they named this Captured, though. The eyes does seem to look particularly “caught”. The ring is made of metal and is about two inches big.

You can get this from ModeKungen.

H & M Pink Ring

This H & M ring is a piece that reminds me of a doily. It’s made of antiqued metal that has been nickel tested and comes with a large stone. The light pink color is fitting and practical for a summer wardrobe. But it just looks as though this ring is really nothing but a low quality accessory which can be worn on a few occasions and then it’s done.
